The most direct inducement of the NPF deciding to pay special attention to protection of the blond human element of nature was a report in a European paper in 1998. It was titled:

"Blonds are becoming extinct"

It reported about a paragraph in weekly magazine Vogue, of which a correspondent contacted Prof. S. Jones of London University, with a question about blond hair.

The Professor replied, that "blond" is becoming extinct; the cause of this is mainly in the fact, that the gen, that causes black hair, generally dominates the blond-gen in case of procreation. Now that people on Earth have more and more contacts with persons of other races, this leads to more and more blackhaired children, while blond is being pushed away genetically.

Of course this was also shocking to the director of the NPF, because he himself belongs to the blond race, but that was not the only reason, why this foundation concidered it to be urgent, that at least something would be done, to stop this developement.

It was also the conviction, that all of humanity and as a result big other parts of Life on Earth are in danger, when one essential element of the whole is about to fall out, so that it won't be able any more, to play it's elementary role in the complex assembly of Creation.

In a way it can be compared with the threatening disappearance of the Tropical rainforests, also called "Lungs of Earth".

The way their essential role in global oxygenation cannot stay unperformed, unless at the cost of lost liveability of Earth, mankind evidently needs the cool rational mentality of the natural inhabitants of the temperate climate zone, to prevent that it gets overheated (read: overpopulated and overpolluted) as a result of sanguinity, which is characteristic to natural inhabitants of more sunny climate zones.

About "Blond"

 Naturally people in tropical and subtropical areas are blackhaired. From equator so, up to the 50th degree of latitude.

In the Northern Hemisphere there is also land between the 50th and the 75th degree of latitude. (Canada, Northern-Europe and Siberia). The not so sunny climate here, is called "temperate".

Now because sunshine here is not present as lavishly, nor as intensly, as in the zone's, that are situated more near to equator, people don't need as much, resp. any kind of protection against certain unhealthy elements in the suns radiation. So their hair, skin and eyes are less, resp. as good as not pigmented. As a matterr of fact they not only don't need it, but also better miss it, because otherwise,t hey would not receive sufficiently of the healthy and essential elements in sunradiation.

As a result the main principle in racial characteristics of people is, that color of hair, skin and eyes are the lighter, the longer the distance of their natural habitat to Equator is, and the darker (brown (the color of pigment)), the closer to equator. Corresponding with these differences in presence of pigment is the difference in presence of rationality and temperament.

As a result people, who naturally belong in the temperate zone are not black- or brownhaired, nor brownskinned and -eyed, but  lighthaired and bleu-eyed. This racial type is called Blond.

Sub-zones and varieties of Blond

Like all climate zones, the temperate zone as well can be divided in three sub-zones; (the upper, the middle and the lower one), because in this zone as well there are differences in climate; (in Iceland for instance it is mostly quit a bit colder, than in Belgium).

Also corresponding with these inter-zonal differences in climate are differences in temperament and outward. The more Northern the area, the lighter the color of hair and skin naturally is. As a result, not all people in the Temperate-zone are light- (sometimes called white-) haired. Other variations, in principle corresponding with the degree of latitude, where they belong, or resulting from genetical mixture of these and/or other variants, are medium blond, golden/reddish, red (which in fact is orange) and the near to dark kind. The coloured golden/orange variants, can be seen as those, that are built in by nature, to prevent over-domination by dark, which in genetically mostly is dominating light.

This danger of over-domination and even elimination is very realistic, as there is about five times as much land in naturally 'blackhaired' zones, as there is in the 'blondhaired' one.

A proportion of five blackhaired Earth-inhabitants on one blond, therefore would be corresponding with nature's presumed intention. But as a result of artificial causes, like consumption of unnatural, libido rising foodstuff and use of farmaceutical means to frustrate of the correctional function of deseases, by now there are about 50 on one, whereas the percentage of dark still keeps growing.

Still it's unlikely that in the end there will be only darks, because statements of other scientists, than the one mentioned above, imply, that by that time overpopulation of the planet will have caused a total exhaustion of natural resources, that are essential for liveability of Earth.
